Quality Control

Quality Assurance and Control System
Adhere to our quality objective of ‘customer satisfaction‘, POTONE established perfect quality assurance and control system and acquired ISO9001:2000 Certificate from BSI of UK.

R&D : According to National and Industry Standard and Military Standard of USA, R&D procedures and product development are strictly compliant with regulations including test and experiment to ensure high quality.

Materials/Components : Long-term cooperation with worldwide famous suppliers such as National Semiconductor Corporation, Panasonic, Hitachi, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi.

Manufacture : With advanced SMT and strict control of manufacture and technology management, POTONE shall carry out output-inspection and reliability experiments before shipment.

Quality Improve : POTONE put forward the activities such as Quality Improve, Reasonable Proposal and QC team to improve production and product quality.

Reliability Experiments
According to MIL-STD-810F and IPXX of Europe, POTONE established General Standard Lab and Environmental Engineering Lab. Reliability Experiments are carried out for all POTONE products and materials to ensure products working in diverse environment. Now Reliability Experiments provide guarantee for high quality of POTONE products.

Temperature Shock Test

High Temperature Test : POTONE radio test in high temperature chamber to determine if it can withstand, and operate in, hot climatic conditions and simulated temperature and humidity without experiencing physical damage or deterioration in performance after repeated tests.

Low Temperature Test : POTONE radio test in low temperature camber. After a period of storage to determine whether it can withstand and operate in low temperature without experiencing physical damage or deterioration in performance.

Temperature Shock Test : POTONE radio test in high and low temperature camber and change the temperature to -40℃. After a period of storage, adjust the temperature to high temperature within a certain dwell time to determine whether the product can withstand sudden changes in the temperature without temporary or permanent deterioration in performance after several test cycles.

Rain Test :POTONE radio test in a chamber and adjust the droplet size and speed of rain to prove the capability of the radio to satisfy its performance requirements during and after exposure to rain, water spray or dripping water.

Humidity Test :POTONE radio test in high and low temperature chamber. Change the relative humidity and temperature to the required value within required time. After a period of storage, change the relative humidity and temperature again and store the radio for a period of time to determine whether the product can sustain the influence of humidity and temperature changes after several test cycles.

Salt Fog Test

Salt Fog Test : POTONE radio test in a chamber and spray salt solution to the radio under certain temperature to determine the radio's ability to resist effectiveness of atmosphere with high levels of salt and fog according to the salt solution PH.

Dust Test :POTONE radio test in a chamber and change the air velocity and density of the particles under certain temperature and humidity to evaluate the radio's ability to resist effect of sand and particles after a period of time and repeated tests.

Low Pressure Test :POTONE radio test in low-pressure chamber. After the test under certain condition (under storage or operational modes) to ensure that the radio can be stored at high altitude or transported and stored at low pressure.

Vibration Test

Vibration Test :POTONE radio test in vibration chamber and adjust the amplitude and frequency of the vibration to determine radio's resistance to vibration stresses expected in shipment and application environments after a period of time vibration at XYZ direction.

Drop Test : Perform several cycles of free fall drop test at specified height to make sure that no obvious physical damage or deterioration is observed in the appearance.

Impact Test : This test is carried out in order to determine the shock resistance, the structural and functional integrity of the radio.

Solar Radiation Test : POTONE radio test under a solar lamp bank, after repeated, long periods of exposure to solar radiation and then put the radio to normal environment to determine the radios' ability against effect of solar radiation without deterioration in performance.
