1995 , Xiamen POTONE comunications Co., Ltd. was established in Xiamen High-Tech Industrial Park, by the founder Mr. Chen Qingzhou. 1997 Awarded as the High-Tech enterprise of Xiamen, by Xiamen Science & Technology Bureau. 2000 , FEITONE-FTN-07 won the Silver Medal of Xiamen Science & Technology advancement prize. TC268/368 successfully developed & launched. In August, the company relocates into the High-Tech Industrial Park. 2001 ,POTONE awarded the prize for its new advancement as a private-owned enterprise. POTONE evaluated as one of the "Xiamen Top 100 Science-Technology Company"; POTONE acquired the Railway-specified network access license; POTONE Two-Way Radio designated for the 3rd China international Hi-Tech Fair held in Xiamen; POTONE FTN-07 authorized as one of the key projects on national-promotional-level; Digital Trunking Research & Development Department established; Chain stores by the name of "Digital Boy" set up. 2002 , POTONE passed quality management infrastructure BSI ISO9001: 2000; POTONE company evaluated by the Xiamen Custom as A-class enterprise; Appraised by municipal government as "Outstanding Enterprise". 2004 , First Chinese display two-way radio FTN-08 was successfully developed, and comply with the global leading technology. POTONE Tower, which located in high-tech north industrial park completed and in services. It is the biggest R&D base of two-way radio and police radio trunked system. It has the advanced transceiver general standard lab, the environment engineer lab, and the police radio trunked system. POTONE awarded as "Excellent Chinese private owned enterprise". POTONE brand was praised of "China Exporter of the Year Awards". 2001-2004 , Products certified by U.S FCC, European CE and certification of another 70 countries around the world. POTONE was assess for one of 5 technique centers in Xiamen City of 2004.
